December 19, 2011: Update v1.3.4 just released on Android Market. Changes include:
December 2, 2011: Now available on Android Market update v1.3.3 addresses an internal coloring bug which crashed the game (SIGSEGV) in some retro caves only on HTC Evo 3D and HTC Desire HD. The workaround for those two devices is that only one color palette is used in retro caves. All color palettes are used in M.E. Volumes 1 &2 on these two devices. (All other devices continue to display multiple color palettes in all 3 retro cave packs.) We apologize to those who experienced this issue. November 30, 2011: Game update v1.3.2 is available on the Android Market. Changes include:
Our first reviews from Pocket Gamer 7/10: "Although there’s a clear design to the puzzles in each level, with plenty of opportunities to crush, blow-up, or trap yourself, there are numerous routes to success, which adds an element of freedom and replayability." From AndroidApps.com 4/5: "it brings a classic game back as a mobile experience" "a classic game from the 80s with graphics that bring to our mind those nostalgic times" And from Mobile Place (in Croatian): "a definitve must have for folks who grow up on Atari and Commodore" From Game Pro: "The game supports leaderboards and achievements thanks to OpenFeint, and
can be played either with or without a timer. If you're after a
head-scratching puzzle game that's just as fresh today as it was in the
mid-80s, Boulder Dash is well worth your time." November 10, 2011: Finally! Cave packs with all of the caves from the original Boulder Dash Vol. 1, Volume 2 and Construction Kit (without the editor) are available in the latest v1.3.1 update. This update includes all original graphics, music and sounds as well few bug fixes. Hurry up, promotional price is for first 5.000 downloads only. If you experience any issue, please let us know the device and Android OS you are using. Thank you for your continued patience, help and support! The Boulder Dash-The Collection team |
